Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Use our prepaid shipping label to drop off small items at a local courier, or contact our team to arrange a white-glove pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
